Founded by Paul Kitson, a British-born builder with a background in both the creative arts and hands-on trades, the company grew out of years spent on job sites across the UK and Europe—renovating French villas, restoring heritage homes in the English countryside, and learning the ropes from the ground up.
What began with tools in hand and boots on the ground has evolved into a boutique general contracting business serving West Los Angeles, blending European precision with California’s scale and style.

Paul brings a rare mix of engineering knowledge, fabrication skills, and creative design insight—backed by a deep respect for craftsmanship and clear communication. His team carries that ethos into every project, whether it’s a full-scale remodel, a hillside extension, or a complex renovation involving structural, electrical, plumbing, and design.
